SHIPPING

Confirm your mailing address when placing your order. The billing address must match the mailing address. We are NOT responsible for orders to the incorrect address stated on your order. We will reship your order once you repay the shipping & handling fee within 14 days that your order was placed. If the shipping & handling fee is not repaid within the 14 days of placing the order, then the order becomes the property of TRESSIN as a result. The customer will be held responsible for paying for customs for international orders.

NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed to any order after the order has been placed.

Tressin is Not responsible for any missing/stolen packages that state delivered in the tracking information and we will Not issue a refund. Please contact customer service at 1-800-275-8777 at the U.S. Postal Service or UPS customer service for concerns about missing/stolen packages that state delivered in the tracking information. Expedited shipping/ handling is currently suspended until further notice. 

International Shipping may require a signature upon delivery of the package. Allow at least 6-10 business days to process the order before shipping depending on the volume of orders. Allow at least 10-15 business days to process the order before shipping for orders placed from July through August.

Tressin ships to some countries. Domestic Shipping/ Handling is currently $7.50-$9.95 flat fee and International Shipping/ Handling is $23-$65 flat fee. We are not responsible for international customs fees. FREE Domestic Shipping/ Handling with purchases over $75, however subject to change at our discretion. We will select a basic shipping option when the order is free due to the subtotal being over $75. Customer must select ‘UPS add signature’ at checkout if customer still wants signature upon receipt when the subtotal is at least $75.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final!
